For the brightest glowing action charge with the purple UV Nuclear Flash. This ultra violet flash is nearly invisible to the human eye, but it does a number on the Mega Glow.
Use Mega Glow Demons at night and in stained water situations. They can be tipped with bugs, minnows and finesse plastic.
